I answer myself: Because he was drawn by the incredible Tururs (thank you so much for your patience mate, I was so picky with this guy, you are a freakin Saint! 🙏🏼😔🥹)

 

LORE DROP:

Once a year, when Seiken moves close to one of the other worlds (it does this with each at a certain point in the year) Taiyo, the Creator God of Seiken visits those worlds and will take a couple of a species to take back to Seiken with him. He will do this with only one species at a time and only if they are willing, and will even bring them back if they do not like Seiken. 

 

He does this to create a diverse pool of creatures of which to choose his Setsuzoku from.

 

But, recently another entity has been using this same method but randomly, and without the other creature's consent.

 

Having two different interdimensional travellers coming and going has begun to destabilise Seiken and now creatures have started just turning up on their own.

 

The Hozei-Zumi themselves came about from both Taiyo's desire to see peace between species and the other worlds and also the fact that he had begun to sense a dark presence in Seiken. One that could not only endanger Seiken but also the other worlds that surround it.
