The region of Laktyrn lies in the center of Draekana, giving it a piece of every region. Towns and cities are made out of processed metals and is the most technilogically advanced region aside from Lumitarus. Small, personalized mini areas were created for Draconians that wanted a stronger piece of their home region, but the capital city remained every element neutral. Laktyrn was made well after the other 8 regions were as a damper region meant to reduce conflict between the 8 regions. It requires the Elders of each region to meet and work out small to large issues and allows Draconians easy anf free travel to each region.

Residents are a complete mix of all classes. The residents are given a wide diversity of Draconians to talk with and meet. Not only do Draconians live there, but also other intelligent species like Aken, Celas and Entaike. Although non Draconians are not valued in society as much as Draconians pased on population and the predatory scale, slowly they will gain just as much rights as Draconians have. Laktyrn became a hub for scholars and eccentric Draken.

Summary: Laktyrn was born in Onzola, Drakalis, a couple centuries after the war had started. He had a sister and a brother, each single element, and grew up a fairly normal life. His life changed when Onzola was raided by Esckillon looking for Draconians to kidnap or recruit to their cause. His entired family was slaughter and he was forced to serve under Hexilos, the leader of Esckillon. Laktyrn eventually broke free with Esckillon's plans in mind and quickly rushed an audience with each of the 8 Elders. He tried to warn them of Esckillon's threat, but each was too prideful to care and instead only focused on the war. Instead of trying to persuade them, Laktyrn created a secret dragon force of his own to counter Esckillon. Each time Esckillon attacked a capital to steal the Elemental Crystal, Laktyrn would be there. But each time he failed. When all the Crystals were united into a staff, Hexilos gathered all the Draconians in the center of Draekana to boast his power before erasing the continent all together. Just before he did, Laktyrn was whisked away into space by a Draconian named Lycarus, who he would soon learn was the god of time. They talked and Lycarus took Laktyrn back in time to try and change the inevitiable future of destruction. He tried time and time again, but no matter what happened, nothing changed. One last time, he met with Lycarus and they review each and every detail that could change the outcome. With the last of his reserved power, Lycarus sent Laktyrn back in time one last time. That round, Laktyrn met an eclipse dragon named Sola, who he trained to absorb natural elements at will. With the last final show down comencing, Sola took action and absorbed the Crystals, being chased into space by the denizens of the 8 regions. Meanwhile, Laktyrn took his organization and captured everyone from Eskillon. Sola then came back and returned the Crystals to the Elders. Laktyrn took this chance to spread his influence and proposed a 9th neutral region in the center of Draekana that would help govern the other 8 regions and prevent another pointless war from erupting. His idea was realized and the new 9th region was named after him, Laktyrn, and Esckillon's symbol was repurposed to represent every element instead of none. That first caused a stir among the public, but eventually, Esckillon became distant history and there was no longer any trace of them left.

"Look around you! All I see are FOOLS. Foolish draken that think they are all that. Foolish draken that think this war is justified or that their driving vengeance is cause enough to spread bloodshed. YOU ARE ALL FOOLS! Hear me Elders! Hear me denizens of Draekana! I am bringing this pointless war to an end, and with its resolution, I will erect a nineth region in the center of Draekana. This region will seek to be a safe house for all draconians and intellectual species alike. It will be a peacekeeping region that prevents further wars of this caliber of bloodshed and insanity. We have reached the point where all we are fighting for is old resentment passed by the first Elders. No one alive even remembers why we are fighting. Throw down your weapons, stow away your claws and fangs and retire your amour to a scarp yard. We are no longer the savage beasts that our dark history depicts us to be. We have been brought into a light that doesn't demand violence, but instead abhorres and recoils from it. This light is a gift we've taken for granted. It is time that we listen and talk to each other like the civilized draken we are. If not for yourselves, then for your friends, for your family and for the next generation to come."
