The region of Lumitarus consists mostly of open fields and oak forests. Clouds are a rare occurance, except for around the boarders of the region, leaving a constant sunshie for dragons to enjoy. Towns and cities are made out of quartz and gold, with enchantments etched into the walls, either for asthetics or practical use. The capital of Lumitarus was the first to build skyscrapers and use enchantments in everything. 

The residents consist mostly of Light Dragons, Tree Dragons and other nature Dragons. Those dragons are strongest in the sun and around flourishing nature. The architecture and overall culture is highly echantment based, boasting the highest quiality of life, lowest crime rates and most expensive housing. Everything about Lumitarus's capital screams high end nobility vibes. The residents have a strong sense of pure justice, a strict court and strict police. Small towns closer to the boarder are less boastful and more modest but just as welcoming and just as filled with enchantments and luxurious looking architecture. Lumitarus also houses as wide variety of other dragons due to its mildly warm climate, soft breezes and overall heavenly feel.

Summary: As the Elder of the Light element, Lumitarus allowed for the sun to shine and throughout Draekana. She had a strong sense of justice that her subjects inherited and granted the Draconians of Draekana with the inate ability to shift into a humanoid form. She strictly enforced her harsh judgment upon them, but long as they were well behaved, everyone loved Lumitarus. She gained an oracle like ability while she was training before the Elders created Draekana, and has since tried to achieve mastery in said ability and used it for the truth and justice of the world. When she passed, her eyes were turned into the Elemental Crystal of Light and were placed at the top of the tallest sky scraper in the capital city. The crystal has since been used to peer into the future every so often by the new Elder of Light and his counsel. 

"Many Draconians have asked about the origin's of my powers, but if you need, I can always explain again. My element is the element of light. I mostly attune to the sun and stars. Back before Draekana, while I was training, I gained a sort of foresight ability. I can predict the future fairly accurately through practice and interpretation, though I'm not always able to tell how far into the future what I see is. Sometimes, I've even seen glimpses of the past. Lately, I have seen a very bright future for the Draconians of this continent, though I wonder if that will actually come true. Words of war have been spreading lately, and they concern me. But I believe in the bright future I see, so whether war breaks out or not, everything will end up ok. Where do my oracle powers originate from? Many have asked me that same question. My abilities... in a way, it makes sense, since the element of Light associates with the Order of Time. Although I know that the other Elders have a difinitive source that they draw their power from, mine does not quite work the same way. Mine doesn't come from a source, or directly from one, but instead through a link in the chain. Like, I draw my powers from a thing or creature that draws it from the direct source, if time has any difinitive source. I have no idea what that creature or thing could be, but one thing I can tell is that my powers or nowhere near the level of that creature or thing. I may be like a god to most Draconians since I helped transform the continent, but this creature or thing is more like a real god than I could ever be."
