The region of Entari consists of frozen tundras and snowed over pine forests. It's often cloudy or snowy and a thick blanket of snow covers the vast majority of the region even if the sun peaks out behind the clouds. Towns and cities are made out of a variety of material, which ever is closest neat by. Such materials could be wood, snow, ice or stone. Most of the continents gems are found in Entari, usually deep in crystaline caves. 

Residents usually consist of Ice Dragons, Snow Dragons and the like. Such dragons are stronger when it's colder. They are often coldhearted but well trained. They live under a hierarchy system, unlike the more democratic systems of the other regions. The Elder is treated as the queen/king of Entari and the capital city is riddled with gaurds. Entari also houses some Storm Dragons, but most dragons steer clear due to the cold weather and cold residents.

Summary: As the Elder of the Ice Element, Entari created the cold to rival Flairus' heat. She acted very entitled and perfered a single ruler over a counsel and she gifted Draconians with speech and an easy understanding of the runic language. Her residents adopted her cold personality, and as she continued to live in her secluded palace, her ego was only enflammed by the way she ran Entari. She became slefish and greedy and entitled, acting like she was the only one who could rule her region properly. When Entari passed, her spines were turned into the Elemental Crystal of Ice and worn as the crown of the Elder of Entari.

I've heard word that all of them have lost their minds one way or another, letting themselves get swallowed up in anger or depression. Ha! Serves them right. Foolish draconians.
